Guest guest Posted August 5, 2003 Report Share Posted August 5, 2003 Soybean Rice & Lentil Salad 1 15-ounce can whole soybeans, drained 1 cup cooked brown rice 1 cup canned kidney beans, drained 1/2 cup canned lentils, drained 1/4 cup ranch dressing 1/8 cup chopped red onion 4 cups torn red leaf lettuce Combine ingredients in a large bowl, except the lettuce.
