Guest guest Posted August 5, 2003 Report Share Posted August 5, 2003 Creamy Tomato Soy Soup 1 103/4-ounce can condensed tomato soup 1/2 cup low-fat silken tofu, puréed in blender 11/4 cups low-fat soy milk 1 cup diced tomatoes, with juice 4 T. roasted soy nuts (optional) In a saucepan, stir soup, tofu, and soy milk together.
