Guest guest Posted July 30, 2003 Report Share Posted July 30, 2003 Sprouted Lentil Salad 4-5 servings 4 c. sprouted lentils 2 carrots, grated 1/4 c. onion, diced 1/4 c. parsley, chopped 2 T. oil 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. lemon juice, fresh 1 T. Bragg Liquid Aminos 1 T. rice syrup 3 T. nutritional yeast 1. In a bowl, mix together sprouted lentils, carrots, diced onion, and fresh parsley. 2. In a blender, blend the remaining ingredients. Pour over the vegetables and mix. Chill and serve. Nutritious and delicious!
