Where to begin?

My 4 year old has celiacs. I cook everything from scratch and have

been gradually reforming my meat eating family to vegetarian and have

been trying to follow the diet guidelines in the blood typing diet.

By eliminating gluten from her diet, we have eliminated all of her

favorite things. What are some good gf foods that the whole family

can eat that I can easily make from scratch. What would a days diet

look like for her. I also can't get her to eat many raw veggies.

Please help.
