It's the first time I have seen or heard of using the greens. I understand that you either stir fry with garlic and olive oil, steam lightly or use in soup. Has anyone tried them? How? Recently, vendors at a local farmer's market had sweetpea greens and squash greens to sell. We tried those, too! It's been fun!
