Guest guest Posted July 2, 2003 Report Share Posted July 2, 2003 Tofu Quinoa Patties 10 cups quinoa, cooked 3 cups firm tofu 1/2 cup oil 4 T Bragg's Liquid Aminos or tamari 1/2 T garlic powder 1/2 T onion powder 1 cup firm tofu, mashed 1/2 cup tomato paste 1/2 T spike 1/2 cup nutritional yeast 2 T peanut butter (or other nut butter) 3 T mustard 1 T tahini Salt and/or spike to taste 3/4 cup water Place the tofu and cooked quinoa in a large bowl. In a food processor blend remaining ingredients with the water. Add the blended mixture to the tofu/mixture and mix well. Form the mixture into 24 burgers. Place on to 2 oiled cookie sheets (12 on a sheet). Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350F until crispy on one side (25-30 minutes).
