Guest guest Posted July 2, 2003 Report Share Posted July 2, 2003 Dark Carob Mousse 1/2 cup avocado 2/3 cup dates 1/3 cup raw carob powder 1/4 cup black tar (see below) 1/4 cup raw cashews 3 Tbsp. water Black Tar ~ 3 cups maple syrup 2/3 cup olive oil 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract 1 cup raw carob powder Whiz all together in a blender and refrigerate.
