Guest guest Posted July 1, 2003 Report Share Posted July 1, 2003 Dried Fruit Relish (Raw) Source: Dining in the Raw 1/2 cup dried apricots 1 cup dried peaches 1 cup dried pears 1 whole orange, peeled 2 T lemon juice 1/2 t allspice or pumpkin pie spice . Soak dried fruit for about six hours. Drain and mince into very fine pieces by hand. Process remaining ingredients with 1/2 cup of minced fruit. Mix this puree with remaining minced fruit.
