Guest guest Posted June 22, 2003 Report Share Posted June 22, 2003 BAKED NEW POTATOES WITH GARLIC AND ROSEMARY the desired number of small potatoes per each person olive oil sea salt and freshly ground black pepper few sprigs of rosemary, leaves stripped and chopped couple of cloves of garlic, crushed Boil potatoes until almost cooked. Roll potatoes in a mixture of the olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake in a hot oven for around 25 minutes (or until browned), turning halfway through cooking.
