Guest guest Posted June 10, 2003 Report Share Posted June 10, 2003 Country Potatoes Source: Vegetarian Cooking School Cookbook 5 potatoes (red or russet) 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder 3/4 tsp. sea salt 1/2 tsp. paprika olive oil Cut potatoes into big chunks. Boil or steam until tender, but not falling apart. Remove from the water. Heat a skillet with alittle oil and add potatoes. Stir in seasonings. Brown 5 - 7 minutes.
