Guest guest Posted May 9, 2003 Report Share Posted May 9, 2003 Four Bean Salad Source: Country Kitchen Collection 2 cups kidney beans, cooked 2 cups garbanzo beans, cooked 2 cups green beans, cooked 2 cups wax beans, cooked 1/2 cup sliced olives 1 cup diced celery or more 2 small onions sliced in rings 1 large green pepper, cut in strips 2 Tbsp. pimento, cut in strips 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup honey (or alternative) salt to taste Drain beans well, mix all except lemon juice, honey and salt.
