Fruit Salad Delight

1 cup plus 1 heaping Tbsp. of Emes flavored gelatin

1 1/2 cups boiling water

1 quart peaches

1 large can pineapple

1 small can of oranges

 

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain juice of the fruit into 4 cup

measuring cup. Add enough cold water to juice to make total of 2 1/2 cups of

liquid. Add to dissolved jello. Cool and pour over fruit and refrigerate.

 

***Variation: use plain Emes gelatin (a vegan product) and add fruit juice

instead of water.
