Guest guest Posted April 28, 2003 Report Share Posted April 28, 2003 Tomato Rice Side 1 onion (chopped) 1 clove garlic (chopped) 1 green chili (chopped) Any type of vegetable cut small (may use frozen) 1 can of tomatoes(preferably chopped) Salt to taste. Cooked rice/3 - 4 cups/your choice Fry onion, garlic and chili. Add tomatoes with the vegetables, cook until nearly dry. Add rice and mix. Nice with a salad and crispy toast.
