Guest guest Posted April 14, 2003 Report Share Posted April 14, 2003 Coun Souffle' Source: Ten Talents 3/4 cup soy flour 3/4 cup water or soy milk 1 cup canned tomatoes 2 Tbsp. ground peanuts or peanut butter 4 Tbsp. oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. onion powder Dash of paprika Blend until smooth. Fold in: 1 cup cooked drained corn 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs (gf if necessary) Pour into ungreased casserole. Set casserole in pan of water 1 " deep. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
