I guess you could try it by substituting whatever spices you like instead of the onion and garlic, and maybe add a little more dill weed. I think it would be OK. I'm a big fan of onion and garlic, and everybody eats them here. Sorry I'm not more help. Rose Does this still taste good without the garlic and onion? Thanks!
