Guest guest Posted March 24, 2003 Report Share Posted March 24, 2003 Casserole Casserole Source: Eat for Strength 1 cup celery, chopped 1 cup onion, chopped 1/4 cup olives, chopped 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup cashews 2 cups cooked garbanzos 2 cups rolled oats (may substitute quinoa flakes if GF) 1 tsp. salt or more 2 cups water Saute' first four ingredients lightly. Whirl garbanzos in blender with enough water or broth to turn blender easily. Mix all ingredients. Bake in a floured casserole at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
