Guest guest Posted March 24, 2003 Report Share Posted March 24, 2003 Chop Suey Source: Eat for Strength 1/4 cup water 1 onion, chopped 1 cup celery, chopped 1 cup cooked garbanzos 1/2 cup water 4 cups mung beans (or other sprout) Cook first three ingredients until tender. Add sprouts and water and cook until almost tender. Add garbanzos. Serve over rice or noodles. Top with ground, toasted almonds. Serves 3 - 4.
