Guest guest Posted February 27, 2003 Report Share Posted February 27, 2003 Avocado Dip 2 - 3 ripe avocados 1 small tomato, chopped 1/2 onion, chopped 1 - 3 canned green chilies, chopped 1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice 3/4 tsp. salt to taste Cut avocados in half lengthwise. Remove pits. Peel and cut into small pieces. Mash avocados with a fork and blend in other ingredients. For a very smooth mixture, combine ingredients in a blender. Serve with tortilla chips or raw veggies.
