These people are soooo considerate - I am, frankly, impressed. I've been

invited to other people's homes before and then they say, " and what will you

bring to eat " ?

Holly, we were impressed also. DH was thinking he'd eat some salad and hoped

they would have " plain " potatoes. He was so surprised, first, that they even

remembered he couldn't eat gluten, and secondly that the hostess took the time

to prepare the entire meal that way. She forgot about the " vegan " part and put

cream in the potatoes, so I guess we will have to call it a

" vegetarian-gluten-free " meal, but at least there was something he could eat!

Eating in restaurants; at potlucks; at other people's homes. . .is MOST

difficult!
