No-Bake Pie Crust

Use equal amounts of:

 

pitted dates

fresh coconut or pine nuts

 

 

Put through a fine food grinder. Then add:

 

lemon or orange rind to taste (use unsprayed biologically grown

fruits).

 

Pat in oiled pie pan to form crust. Chill in refrigerator or freezer

for 1 hour or less until set. Fill with fresh berries or other

fruits in season. Top with soy or tofu whipped cream.
