Guest guest
Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Cauliflower over Soba Noodles Source: Tara McDermott Previously posted to: www.tazarat.com Garlic Arame (in the condiment section) makes a good topping for this dish. 1 8-oz. package soba noodles (check for gf status if necessary; not all soba noodles are gf) 1 medium head cauliflower 1 small handful sun-dried tomatoes 2 cloves garlic, minced Salt & pepper to taste 3/4 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. marjoram 2 Tbsp. oil Soak sun-dried tomatoes in water for 10 minutes, then dice into small pieces. Break cauliflower into pieces. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic, cauliflower and tomatoes, salt and spices. Add small doses of water if you need to - if the pan is really dry and things start to stick. Do not overcook. When the cauliflower becomes tender, remove from heat. http://www.Christian-Vegan-Cooking http://www. http://www.VintageVeganTea http://www.VeganMenus4HealthyLiving http://www.AllNaturalSweetenerRecipes
