Guest guest Posted February 10, 2003 Report Share Posted February 10, 2003 Vegetable and Tofu Stir-Fry Source: Sanitarium (http://www.sanitarium.com.au) 1 tablespoon oil 1 medium onion, sliced 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger 1 red capsicum, sliced 125g snowpeas 100g baby corn, halved lengthwise 1 cup bean sprouts bunch baby bok choy, chopped 200g packet marinated tofu, Japanese flavour 1 tablespoon each of soy, sweet chilli & vegetarian oyster flavoured sauce Heat oil in a wok. Stir fry onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add ginger and sauté a further minute. Stir through capsicum, snowpeas and corn. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry a further 2 minutes or until heated through.
