StepFast Recipe Box SPINACH RICOTTA-STYLE FILLING 1 lb. tofu, mashed 1 T. honey 1 1/2 c. sautéed chopped onion 1 T. lemon juice 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach 2 T. nutritional yeast flakes 2 t. garlic powder 1/2 t. oregano 2 t. sweet basil 1 t. salt 1. Cook spinach using directions on box. It may be cooked by placing the whole box in the microwave for 6 minutes. 2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and use for Lasagna or stuffed shells. For stuffed shells, cook shells, fill with filling. Place in casserole with the bottom covered with sauce. Spoon sauce across each shell but do not completely cover with sauce. Cover with foil being careful not to touch shells. Bake 30 minutes at 350o. *If necessary use gluten free pasta shells.
