TV Fettuchini noodles, cooked (gf if necessary) 1 red bell pepper (sliced in thin strips) 1/3 yellow bell pepper (sliced in thin strips) 3/4 cup toasted dry bread crumbs (gf if necessary) 3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning 5 - 6 cloves garlic olive oil salt to taste Saute garlic in olive oil in medium non-stick pan. Combine bread crumbs and Italian seasoning. Add to garlic and olive oil. Add peppers just until warmed.
