TV For tomatoes: 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes warm water 1 clove garlic fresh oregano Pesto: 1/2 cup packed fresh basil 1/4 cup blanched slivered almond, toasted 1/4 cup prepared sun-dried tomatoes 1 clove garlic 1/8 tsp. dried crushed red pepper 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup water salt to taste Linguine pasta cooked a dente (or other favorite; gf if necessary) Blend first five ingredients in food processor until nuts are finely chopped. While the food processor is running, add the remaining ingredients and blend until almost smooth. Transfer to a bowl and season with salt to taste.
