Galanga powder (or to taste) 1 stalk lemon grass, cut in 1 " pieces 1/4 tsp. lemon juice Juice of 2 limes 1 tsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. sweet soy sauce 1/4 tsp. hot red pepper flakes Simmer for 20 minutes.
