Guest guest Posted January 22, 2003 Report Share Posted January 22, 2003 Potato Soup Source: Silver Hills/Melissa 1 diced onion 1 T olive oil Sauté onion in the bottom of a large saucepan until clear 6 cups of water 1/2 cup chicken style seasoning 1 T diced parsley or dried 1/2 ts. onion pwd. dash cayenne (opt) 3 or 4 medium potatoes 1 large grated carrot 2 sticks of celery diced sweet basil Simmer until potatoes are just about done Add 1 1/2 cups frozen white sweet corn In a blender blend 1 cup raw cashews and one cup water.
