Guest guest Posted January 21, 2003 Report Share Posted January 21, 2003 Dahl Source: Culinary DeLights/Blue Mountain Television 1/2 large onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, crushed 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 tsp. turmeric 1 tsp. coriander 1 tsp. paprika 1 cup tomato juice 2 cups water 1 cup red lentils fresh cilantro Simmer onions, garlic and spices in olive oil. Add tomato juice, water and red lentils. Heat uncovered until lentils form a soft paste. Add fresh cilantro and serve.
