Hi there! :) I have been recently contemplating trying a gluten free diet as I

have had chronic sinutitis and ear problems for several months now. I have been

looking for info. pertaining to this but most of what I find is about celiac

disease.I have heard a gluten and wheat free diet would help allergies/sinus

troubles but can't seem to find any detailed info. out there. Just wondering if

anyone could reccomend some books/web sources? Thanks so much!

Love,

April

Try looking into the field of clinical ecology. Doris Rapp, Keith Mumby and

Lendon Smith are some of the more famous pracitioners in this field and they do

equate chronic infections with food allergies.

Let me know how I can help.
