Multi-Grain Bread

I make this in a bread maker with a special gluten-free cycle, so I

don't know how well it would work in other machines or by hand. But

the taste is wonderful and makes an awesome salad sandwich. It makes

a very large loaf.

 

MULTI-GRAIN BREAD

 

3 cups water (may vary)

1/2 cup oil

1 teaspoon vinegar

 

1/2 cup brown rice flour

1/2 cup besan (chick pea, garbanzo)

2 cups white rice flour

1 cup arrowroot

4 teaspoons xanthan or guar gum

4 tablespoons sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons baking powder

6 teaspoons egg replacer

1/2 cup soy milk powder

4 teaspoons poppy seeds

4 teaspoons sesame seeds

4 teaspoons linseeds

6 teaspoons sunflower seeds

3 teaspoons yeast granules

 

 

Make as per instructions for bread maker, or mix as you normally

would by hand. Sorry to not be more specific with instructions, but

my bread maker makes it so simple.
