Television 5 potatoes (peeled and cubed) 1 medium cauliflower (cut in small pieces) 1 large onion (chopped) 3 cloves garlic (crushed) 3 Tbsp. olive oil 3 Tbsp. curry powder 2 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. coriander 1 tsp. turmeric 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 - 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes Simmer onions, garlic and spices in olive oil. Add potatoes and cauliflower.
