Television (adapted) 4 Tbsp. gluten free flour (garbanzo, tapioca, potato) 4 Tbsp. water 1 cup grated potato 1/4 cup minced onion 1/2 tsp. parsley 1/2 tsp. salt applesauce Mix gf flour and water. Add potato, onion, parsley, and salt. Form into 2 1/2 inch flat patties. Cook on non-stick griddle or frying pan with a little low-fat margarine until bottom is golden brown. Turn and cook other side until golden brown.
