Lana's Loaf 2 cups chopped onion ( or 1 cup red or green pepper and tomatos) 2TBS. oil or water 3C. crumbled firm tofu ( about 2 packages) 3C. cooked brown rice 1/2 C. soy or rice milk ( opt.) 1/2 C. pecans chopped fine or ground 1 tsp. salt (opt.) 1/2-1 tsp. galic powder 1tsp. onion powder 2-5 TBS. vegan beef seasoning ( like bills best) 2-4 TBS. Soy sauce ( liquid aminos or worsters(sp) sauce) Saute onions in oil until brown. Mix everything well in a bowl.
