This recipe makes about 2 cups, and I put my pesto into little 1/2 cup plastic containers, and keep them in the freezer. I have kept mine in the freezer for as long as 4 months, with no loss of flavor. If you keep yours in the refrigerator, just be aware that it will only keep fresh for a few days, and after that will start to lose color and flavor.
