staples for the Kitchen

This is an interesting question. I think a few months ago, someone

posted what they kept as staples. As far as we are concerned, I think I

always have nuts and seeds(pecans, cashews, seaseme and sunflower).

Canned beans( kidney,pinto, garbonzo), brown rice flour, Bobs red mill

GF mix flour, Xanthan Gum, potato starch, tapioca flour, Rice noodles,

GF bread crumbs and quinoa Flakes.. I think that is my staples.. I might

have other things you would classify in this, not sure.

 

Like Soy milk, bread ,rice, cereal.. things like that that are always on

my shopping list. I have never really given this much thought, so I

hope this will help you in some way.
