Guest guest Posted December 31, 2002 Report Share Posted December 31, 2002 Millet Breakfast Pudding Source: Healthy Food Choices 1 cup uncooked millet (wash) 1/2 cup chopped dates 1/2 cup chopped prunes 3 dried figs 1/2 tsp. salt 4 cups boiling water 1 tsp. vanilla Mix millet, dates, prunes, figs, and salt in casserole. Add boiling water and vanilla. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour.
