Guest guest Posted December 31, 2002 Report Share Posted December 31, 2002 Johnny Appleseed Rice Pudding Source: Healthy Food Choices 1 cup dry brown rice (Uncle Ben's) 2 cups apple juice 2 Tbsp. raisins 1 1/2 cups diced or grated apples 2 Tbsp. honey (or alternative) Combine rice, apple juice, and raisins. Cover and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. Add apples and honey. Cook 10 minutes longer.
