I ordered them and finally got to the post office to get them today. They are wonderful! I cannot wait to try some of the recipes. On that note, since we don't use tofu, what do you recommend for subbing the tofu? I'm going to try to figure something out. I can just add extra veggies when it is a meat replacer, but some of these dessert recipes really have me wondering. I'm also trying to eat as little yeast as possible. Is there something else to use in the cheese recipes? How about some pine nuts or mac nuts in a paste to replace the nutritional yeast? I am really, really looking forward to trying out these recipes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
