This is not uncommon when beginning to eat more raw foods. How much fat are you eating? Avocados, flax oil, nuts and seeds are all important. Often, people will find that they lost quite a bit of weight, continue eating well, and then their weight will normalize. My own experience is that if I eat 100% raw, I lose weight, until I just about lose my milk. Since I am nursing, I do not eat 100% raw. It's a possible goal should I ever not be pregnant or nursing. Dr. Fine, from http://www.enterolab.com is also in agreement. I don't believe the he personally eats any grains.
