Guest guest Posted December 5, 2002 Report Share Posted December 5, 2002 Stir-Fry Hominy Source: Cooking with the Benton Sister's Vol. II 8 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 cup onion, minced 1/2 cup green bell peppers, sliced 4 cup0s pinto beans, drained 3 cups hominy, drained 2 cups tomatoes, stewed 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. onion powder 1 can olives 1/2 cup fresh minced parsley 1 1/2 tsp. cumin Heat all in a skillet, tossing gently with wooden spoon. When hot, sprinkle with parsley. No extra moisture is needed and no oil.
