Guest guest Posted December 2, 2002 Report Share Posted December 2, 2002 Garlic Butter Source: Cooking with the Benton Sister's Vol. II 1 cup corn meal mush (1 cup water and 1/3 cup corn meal) 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup cashews 3/4 tsp. salt 1/3 cup coconut milk 2 tsp. butter flavoring 5 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 Tbsp. food yeast flakes 1/2 cup sesame seeds, ground Bring corn meal to a boil until thick and add to blender when hot. Blend first 6 ingredients until smooth, then add remaining ingredients and blend. Notes: For elss natural fat, leave out coconut milk and replace it by using non-dairy milk.
