Guest guest
Hi, I am a brand new member, who has had a serious gluten intolerance for many years without knowing what it was. I cut out everything edible until I was eating crackers and coke. Horrible, hey! But then I went on a low carbohydrate diet and ate no starch at all. Well, what do you know? My problem was gone almost immediately. When I went off the diet and recommenced eating starch, I began to have the problems again. Finally, with a doctor's help I realized that I had a gluten intolerance. Well now, I am searching for the least expensive places to purchase gluten free baking products for my new diet. I am interested in Flours and other products necessary to bake edible bread, pancakes, etc. I am a good cook and look forward to the challenge of beginning anew in my recipes. If there are online places to purches these items in fairly large quantities, I would appreciate the URLS to these businesses. I see that Gluten free products are rather expensive. I would appreciate places of reasonable cost. Thanks for any help that you can offer. Regards, Barb Barbara AzanNew Ringgold, PA Mail Plus - Powerful. Affordable. Guest guest
Barbara First, welcome. I am glad you found your problem and a solution. Do you have an asian/indian grocery near to you? They often have the best price on all sorts of gluten free grains, rice noodles and other products. BL ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ What does the Lord God require of you?
