It works with any nut. I haven't tried beans or seeds. They don't get

*as* crispy as a nut that hasn't been soaked, but they are much more easy

to digest since they have been soaked.

It would be worth a try. You could soak them, put some spices on and then

dehydrate to try and get something with a little more flavor. I know there

are recipes out there that use sprouts with a seasoning and then

dehydrating for a crisp snack.
