I have never made vegan gf fudge before and I am not sure how it is going to hold up. I am trying to come up with some things I can do ahead of time because I have company coming on Thanksgiving for dinner and the weekend and I am on crutches right now from surgery I had over 4 months ago. I can't be up for super long periods without pain and just trying to get the house clean on crutches will be a challenge!!
