Guest guest Posted November 22, 2002 Report Share Posted November 22, 2002 Pumpkin Pie Source: Internet 3/4 C. date sugar 1 C. canned pumpkin 2 Tb. potato starch flour 1 Tb. pumpkin pie spice 2 C. soy milk (or almond or rice) 1 baked 9 inch pie shell (gf if necessary) Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix first five ingredients together. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly (about 10 minutes). Spoon into baked pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool.
