Yes, Shelly, I think arrowroot would substitute just fine. Glad you enjoy

the recipes!

PS: If you have trouble getting the book let me know. I purchased mine at

a small bookstore nearby instead of from the source I sent to you. If it's

not available at that address I'll see if I can find it elsewhere for you.
