Guest guest
JELLIED CRANBERRY SAUCE 12 ounces, fresh (raw) cranberries 1 cup, boiling water 2-inch piece, cinnamon stick 3 whole cloves 3 allspice berries 1 - 11/2 cups, sugar 1/8 teaspoon, salt Add cranberries to 1 cup of boiling water. Add cinnamon stick, cloves and allspice berries and boil for 20 minutes, stirring often (more often as mixture becomes thicker). Remove from heat and press mixture through a strainer or food mill. Return strained sauce to cooking pot, and cook over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sugar to taste, and the salt. Continue to cook for 2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a bowl or mold. Chill thoroughly. http://www.Christian-Vegan-Cooking http://www. http://www.VintageVeganTea http://www.VeganMenus4HealthyLiving http://www.AllNaturalSweetenerRecipes
