Guest guest Posted November 19, 2002 Report Share Posted November 19, 2002 Thanksgiving Wild Rice Stuffing Source: www.hugs.org (adapted to vegan) 1 Loaf bread; dried and cubed (gf if necessary) 1 md Onion; chopped 1 ts Sage 1 tb Parsley 3 Or 4 stalks celery; chopped 2 c Wild rice; cooked 1/2 lb vegan margarine -=Melted with=- 1 c Water or stock Apples; optional 1/2 c Raisins optional In a large mixing bowl, stir together the bread, onion, sage, parsley, celery and wild rice. Gently mix in the melted margarine and water or stock. Toss in apples and raisins if desired. Bake the dressing in covered casserole for about an hour.
