Guest guest Posted November 5, 2002 Report Share Posted November 5, 2002 Peanut Butter Power Balls 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup soy protein powder 1/2 cup raisins or carob or chocolate chips 1/4 cup honey (or alternative liquid sweetener) graham cracker crumbs (gf if necessary) Combine all ingredients, except graham cracker crumbs, in a large bowl; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll ball in graham cracker crumbs.
