Guest guest Posted November 7, 2002 Report Share Posted November 7, 2002 Quick Herb Rice Serves 2-3 2 1/2 cups water 1 cup rice 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1 Tablespoon celery flakes 1 1/2 teaspoon dried onion 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1/2 teaspoon dried chives 1/4 teaspoon salt Add all ingredients to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
